VENDOR DEMONSTRATION CLASSES
Demonstration Classes allow for hands-on instruction in a small group setting. Classes are offered in 25-minute time blocks on Wednesday March 7 from 8:00 am to noon. The classes take place inside the San Marcos Ballroom (Exhibit Hall) at the Vendor's booth. There are six sessions and attendees attend a new class during each session with 5 minutes between each to allow time for rotation.
Separate sign-in sheets are required for Demo Classes. Demo classes are always popular and space will be limited, so early registration during the Vendor Appreciation Reception is highly encouraged.
Since multiple classes are offered per session, Vendors will repeat the same class during each session. All classes will be limited to 8 people to maximize the opportunity for questions and to address specific needs. At the end of each 25-minute session, the vendor/instructor will record attendance and participants proceed immediately to the next booth on their schedule.
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN SPEAKING AT OUR MARCH 6-8, 2012 TECHNICAL CONFERENCE, THE CALL FOR SPEAKERS IS NOW OPEN.
